Rate inclusions: Accommodation and breakfast.
Rate exclusions: Lunch, dinner, all drinks, transfers, activities, tailored culinary experience on request and items of a personal nature.
- 4 Luxury Apartments with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – maximum 6 people per apartment.
- 2 Luxury Penthouses with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms – maximum 8 people per penthouse.
- Check-in time is from 14:00 pm. Check-in details will be provided on the day of arrival.
- Check-out time is before 10:00 am on the day of departure.
- From 15 Dec 2023, breakfast served at East Head Café or continental breakfast can be delivered on request.
- Regrettably no pets are permitted.
- A maximum of 2 vehicles per apartment or penthouse are permitted within the premises.
- Weekday housekeeping services are included during stays and weekend/ public holidays housekeeping service may be available at an additional fee by arrangement in advance.

Please Note
- All the Apartments are 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Maximum 6 people.
- Penthouses are 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom. Maximum 8 people.
- Check-in time from 3pm unless otherwise agreed. Check-in details will be provided.
Always verify FULL terms & conditions with reservations department prior to booking confirmation or on pro-forma invoice.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required within 7 days to confirm the reservation. The balance of the full amount is due and payable 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of bookings made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, the full amount is due and payable within 48 hours of making a reservation.
Please be advised that should the full balance not be paid on time, we reserve the right after due notification to cancel the booking and in which event the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.

- 90% of total cost of stay will be withheld if no show or cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
Premature departures will be charged for the full extent of the stay that was booked and confirmed.
COVID 19 special conditions: should government imposed travel restrictions prevent arrival then every
effort will be made to accommodate a new date or guests will be refunded in full.

- Check out time is before 10.00 on the day of departure
- Regrettably no pets of any description are permitted
- That the maximum number of guests occupying an apartment does not exceed the number of guests as booked
- Under no circumstances will more than 6 people be permitted to occupy an Apartment and 8 in a Penthouse (this includes children and infants)
- Regrettably NO SMOKING is permitted in Apartments or Penthouses
- That all noise levels are strictly reduced to a minimum from 22.00 (10pm)
- A maximum of 2 vehicles per apartment are permitted within the premises
- Weekday housekeeping services are included for stays booked direct with Beacon House.
- Weekend and public holiday housekeeping service may be available at an additional fee by arrangement in advance
- Housekeeping includes cleaning of the kitchen, lounge and braai areas as well as the bathrooms. We request that guests vacate these areas while cleaning is taking place.
- Housekeeping excludes laundry services which may be available at an additional fee by arrangement
- Bedrooms can be tidied on request and depending on staff availability
