BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS ; A non-refundable 25% deposit is required within 48 hours to confirm any reservation. Full payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to guests arrival, unless the booking is made within 30 days, in which case full payment will be required to confirm the reservation. Please be advised that should the full balance not be paid by 30 days prior to the arrival date. We reserve the right after due notification to cancel the booking and in which event the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. CANCELLATION POLICY The following cancellation terms and conditions will apply to reservations which are cancelled in part or in full as follows; 25% of total cost of stay will be withheld if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival 50% of total cost of stay will be withheld if cancelled 15-29 days prior to arrival 75% of total cost of stay will be withheld if cancelled 8-14 days prior to arrival 100% of total cost of stay will be withheld if no show or cancelled within 7 days of arrival Premature departures will be charged for the full extent of the stay that was booked and confirmed CONDITIONS OF RESIDENCE Check-in time is from 15.00 until 19.00 (unless otherwise arranged). Check out time is before 10.00 on the day of departure. Regrettably no pets of any description are permitted. That the maximum number of guests occupying an apartment does not exceed the number of guests as booked. Under no circumstances will more than 6 people be permitted to occupy an apartment (this includes children and infants). Regrettably NO SMOKING is permitted in the apartments.
